This project involved the full renovation and addition to a 100-year-old cottage in Toronto’s beloved Beaches neighborhood. Our goal was to honor the charm and character of the original structure while transforming it into a modern, functional, and inviting home for our clients. The renovation required a delicate balance of preserving historical details and introducing contemporary design elements to suit the family’s lifestyle. The addition was seamlessly integrated with the original architecture, creating extra space for modern living while maintaining the cottage’s timeless appeal. Every element, from the layout to the finishes, was thoughtfully considered to ensure the home felt cohesive, warm, and full of character.
Our scope included securing permits, crafting the interior design, and managing the project from start to finish. This comprehensive approach ensured a smooth process, with every detail aligning perfectly with our clients’ vision. The result is a truly special home that bridges the past and present—a space that feels deeply rooted in its history yet perfectly suited for modern living. It’s a project that celebrates the charm of The Beaches and the beauty of thoughtful, timeless design.
