For this project, we took on the challenge of transforming an existing three-unit rental property into a stunning, functional family home. The goal was to create a warm, welcoming space while respecting the home’s historical roots and preserving its original charm.
Our design seamlessly blended modern functionality with classic details, highlighting elements like restored trim, original hardwood, and vintage-inspired fixtures. Every decision was made with the homeowners’ vision in mind, creating a space that feels both timeless and tailored to their lifestyle.
