This main floor renovation was a transformative project for a family upgrading the home they’ve lived in and loved for many years. With kids in the mix and a desire to maximize space and functionality, we reimagined the layout to create an open-concept design that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living.
The kitchen became the heart of the home, featuring a custom corner banquette that provides a cozy and functional dining area. Perfect for family meals or casual gatherings, the banquette adds charm and versatility while optimizing the use of space. The kitchen design prioritizes both style and practicality, with modern finishes, custom cabinetry, and a layout that supports the flow of daily life.

Our scope included obtaining all necessary permits, creating a cohesive interior design plan, and managing the project from start to finish. The result is an open, airy, and functional main floor that’s perfectly suited to this family’s lifestyle while maintaining the warmth and character of a well-loved home.
