This project was a complete gut renovation for a longtime client and friend, a seasoned serial renovator with an eye for transformation. Located in Toronto’s vibrant Roncesvalles neighborhood, the home was reimagined from top to bottom to create a space that blends modern functionality with timeless design elements.

One of the key components of this project was the basement underpinning, a transformative structural upgrade that allowed for increased ceiling height and a more usable, inviting lower level. This space was designed to serve as an extension of the main living areas, offering additional functionality and comfort for the homeowners.
The renovation involved every room in the house, from reconfiguring layouts to introducing custom finishes that reflect the client’s vision and lifestyle. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, ensuring the home not only looked stunning but also worked seamlessly for everyday living.

Our scope included full interior design and project management, guiding the process from the initial concept through to completion. Working closely with our client, we were able to bring their vision to life, combining their love for stylish design with our expertise in creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
The result is a home that feels entirely new while still honoring its character and charm. It’s always a joy to collaborate with clients who share a passion for design, and this project was no exception. It’s a testament to how thoughtful renovations can completely transform a home, giving it a fresh start for years to come.
