This top-to-bottom condominium renovation, paired with a fully tailored furniture package, was designed for a couple downsizing from their longtime family home. Located in a 1988 building along Toronto’s scenic lakeshore, the residence offered a beautiful waterfront setting and the opportunity to create a fresh, thoughtfully curated chapter of urban living.

The floor plan was completely reimagined to prioritize flow, light, and comfort. Smart spatial planning and integrated storage solutions were central to the design, ensuring the home felt both inviting and refined while supporting the practical realities of downsizing. A gracious entry foyer establishes a true sense of arrival, leading into a sequence of well-defined yet connected spaces ideal for daily living and effortless entertaining.

Rooted in the clients’ desire for a home that felt warm, lived-in, and deeply functional, this project strikes a balance between openness and intimacy. With ample storage, cohesive furnishings, and a holistic design approach, the result is a serene, elevated space perfectly suited to this new stage in the clients’ lives.
