Completed in 2025, this nearly 16,000 sq. ft. new build family lodge was thoughtfully designed from the ground up. Every detail was considered to create a space that feels both expansive and inviting, with an emphasis on cozy seating areas, layered textures, and moments of quiet comfort throughout.
A key design driver was the layering of patterns and our approach to “colour non-colour”—a palette of soft, washed-out tones that offer depth without overwhelming the space. These muted hues allow for a sense of cohesion and flexibility, blending effortlessly while still bringing richness and character to each room.
While the architecture is entirely new, we intentionally introduced materials and finishes that evoke a sense of history, creating a home that feels warm and lived-in. Attention to detail was paramount—from the stonework and custom millwork to the subtle nuances of the hardware—each element was carefully considered and refined to ensure a cohesive and timeless result.
